Angelo and Peter came on time to fix our bursting pipe and they are very professional and would recommend them

I went to Home Depot and spoke to George - he used to a be a plumber and he recommended I go to the Front Desk "Home Service" and get a few professional contacts. The rep at Home Depot send out the request for my Kitchen Sink blockage to 3 companies - 5 seconds later I got a call from Peter from SanDel Plumbing - Father and sons run plumbing. I explained the problem with the clogged sink. I sent him 4 photos of the pipes under the sink. He said he will be my place late in the afternoon. He texted me at 3:18pm and saying he will be at my place between 4-5pm. I called him at about 5pm, he said his father was heading over since he is driving from downtown Toronto and be at my place a bit later. His father and his younger brother showed up around 5pm. I was SO impressed, they really know their stuff. The pipes under my sink was entirely installed incorrectly! His younger brother did most of the work - he cut the old pipe close to the wall and clear all the clogs close to the wall. It smelled so bad! Afterward, his brother installed new pipes and tested the drainage, and everything is working wonderful now! The price was very reasonable! We had an issue with plumbing with our only bathtub and found Angelo and his team to be very helpful throughout. The parts were difficult to obtain and they had to make multiple trips to the hardware store as parts arrived. The team followed good protection protocols to keep everyone safe. I'm glad it's all completed now and would recommend their company.
